how to submit

1. Decide on 3 pieces of artwork for submission. Most every type, medium and technique can be submitted from all ages.

2. Send us the highest resolution digitized version of your artwork to us using one of the following methods:

a. email you artwork to: art@celebrateartproject.com 

b. Send your artwork using a file transfer service such as:

www.transferbigfiles.com
www.dropbox.com
www.sendbigfiles.com
to:
art@celebrateartproject.com

*Celebrate Art Project does not endorse any specific file transfer service

c. Send your artwork to us on a CD/DVD to:

 Yonkers, NY 10701
*If your artwork is not a high enough resolution, we will contact you to let you know.



You must have your artwork prepared digitally for submission. Accepted file types are:
JPG
TIFF
PDF
PSD
AI
* If your preferred file type is not listed, please contact us for clarification


If you do not have a high-resolution digitized version, you can…

a. Contact Celebrate Art to help you with scanning or photographing your artwork for a nominal fee at info@celebtrateartproject.com or 914 207 1004

b. An area photographer who specializes in photographing artwork is John O’Donnell jodphoto@optonline.net

3. All artwork must include the following information:
 
COMPLETE NAME, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, TITLE, SIZE (if applicable) and MEDIUM for EVERY piece submitted.
 
4. Once your artwork has been received and format approved, you will receive an invoice for the submission fee of $20.00. All submission fees must be paid on or before the final deadline for artwork to be included in the jury process.
